Trip Procedures
Prior to registering for a trip, please review our procedures.
Adhering to these procedures will enable us to continue to bring fun and educational experiences to you.
Before signing up for a trip, check your calendar as trips are non-refundable
Trips must be paid in full upon signing up
If you can’t make the trip, and want to recover your cost, you will need to find someone to take your place
Trips occur regardless of the weather, please keep that in mind when signing up
Bus trip departures are always located beind the Fairfield Glade Community Center
Driving trip carpooling meets a the Dominos parking lot behind Dollar Tree
After signing up for a trip you will receive an email containing all the trip details a few days prior to the departure. IF you do not find it, please check your spam folder. If it is still not there contact Darlene Petersen at petersendarlene@hotmail.com

Time: Bus will depart approximately 7:30 am – return estimate 4:00 pm
Cost: $93 (cost includes round trip bus, guided tour and lunch)

Overhill Gardens – Vonore, TN
One of the widest and most unique selections of native plants available in the eastern U. S., grown with the least number of artificial inputs so they will maintain their innate vigor once planted in your yard. Overhill Gardens grow over 500 varieties of native plants many of which you will not find elsewhere.

It will be a 2 hour tour of the unique garden center as well as a class on landscape design and the native plants difference.
Lunch: We will stop for lunch on the home – cost is not included in the trip.
